Reaktivierung der Bahnstrecke nach Wasserburg-Stadt nicht rentabel
Der Freistaat Bayern wird die Regionalbahn-Strecke von Wasserburg Bahnhof nach Wasserburg Stadt nicht reaktivieren. Das teilte Bürgermeister Michael Kölbl dem Stadtrat am Abend mit. Hintergrund ist eine Machbarkeitsstudie, die Kosten und Nutzen einer Reaktivierung gegenüber stellte. Demnach hätten auch im optimalen Fall die Kosten den Nutzen deutlich überwogen.
